All we ask is for you fill in the details below of the property(s) you have seen and wish HouseSniffer to progress for you. You will then receive a confirmation mail from us, we will do the rest. We do not charge you for our services, such is our confidence that our method will lead to a successful sale!

Note that we differ completely from the traditional search and buying advisor, who would ask the buyer for a large fee for a finding service. In our experience the buyer already knows the ideal properties that they would love to own. We break the mould of property search consultants. The only exclusion to our service is that any target property must not be subject to an existing sales contract with an agent.

Once a response is received from an owner, progression can be handled by HouseSniffer. This can include arrangement of house viewings and any subsequent correspondence and negotiation between the parties. Advice and mediation can be provided regarding the price of the property. Indeed, we can deal with everything so that no direct communication between parties is necessary, subject to personal preferences.
